Main ingredient: 250g of fish roe, 1 block of tofu
Applications: ginger and garlic, dried red chili pepper, peppercorns, soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, sugar, pepper, oil and salt
Steps to make Braised Tofu with Fish Roe
Prepare tofu with a thin layer of cornstarch, and fry in a wok. pan and fry it;
fry it until both sides are lightly browned, then put it out and set aside;
heat the pan and cool the oil, then stir-fry the peppers, stir-frying to get the flavor and then fish out the peppers;
then remove the film on the roe, and put the roe into the frying pan and fry it slowly over low heat;
fry it until the roe turns golden, and the surface is slightly charred;
add soy sauce, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of water;
Add the fried tofu, ginger and dried red chili pepper, cover and simmer for two minutes;
Add salt, sugar and pepper, reduce the sauce over high heat;
Use a spatula to cut the fish roe into pieces of the right size, and then add the green garlic when the sauce is almost dried up, and then stir-fry evenly to serve in a bowl.
