The average housing price in Nanjing in August was 32,021 yuan per square meter, down 0.44% from the previous month, but Nanjing's house price is still the highest in Jiangsu. Judging from the trend of housing price, the trend of Nanjing's housing price has been relatively stable in recent months. Except for three areas, Gulou District, Xuanwu District and Yuhuatai District, house prices in other jurisdictions are on a downward trend.

According to the July home prices across Nanjing, Gulou District has the highest home prices, reaching 47,985 yuan per square meter. It is also the highest in terms of Jiangsu Province. It was followed by Jianye and Xuanwu districts, with house prices of 46,677 yuan/m2 and 39,964 yuan/m2, respectively.

The area with the lowest house prices is Gaochun District, the only area in Nanjing where house prices have not exceeded 10,000 yuan. But compared to the cities in northern Jiangsu, Gaochun District's house prices are not very low either.

Suzhou

Suzhou's home price in August dropped 0.26% from the previous month to 28,129 yuan per square meter, following Nanjing. As can be seen from the trend chart, Suzhou's home prices have shown a slow downward trend in the past two months. The house prices in all districts, cities and counties have risen and fallen, but not by much.

Suzhou Industrial Park ranked first with 41,071 yuan per square meter, and is the only district in Suzhou where the house price is above 40,000 yuan, with a difference of 6,913 yuan, close to 7,000 yuan difference with Gulou District, which has the highest house price in Nanjing. Huqiu District ranked second with 30,567 yuan / square meter, and industrial parks, a difference of about 10,000 yuan, the gap between the two areas of housing prices is very obvious. And there is also a difference of about 9,000 yuan with Xuanwu District in Nanjing.

From the table, it can be seen that, except for the high-priced districts of Huishan District and Liangxi District, the house prices in other jurisdictions of Wuxi were in an upward trend in August. And the average price of Wuxi's residential units in August was RMB 18,327 per square meter, down 0.11% from the previous month.

Overall, it seems that Wuxi's house prices are relatively average, all between 10,000 and 20,000 yuan.

The highest house price in August is in Binhu District, where the average price of housing is 19,513 yuan per square meter. At the same time there is a house price of more than 19,000 yuan is Liangxi District, its house price of 19,259 yuan / ㎡, ranked second in Wuxi. But these two districts may be just medium level in Suzhou and Nanjing.

Marginally compared to the previous month, Nantong's home prices in August also showed a downward trend, falling by 1.04% . But from the table, Nantong jurisdiction in August home prices rose in more areas, only two areas of home prices appeared downward trend, that is, just after the zoning adjustment of Chongchuan District and Haimen District.

Chongchuan District is still the area with the highest house prices in Nantong despite the decline. This month, the overall area of Huai'an where the house price declined still accounts for the majority of the area, Huai'an District, Lianshui County, Xuyi County, Hongze go all show a downward trend. While Qingjiangpu District, Economic Development Zone, Jinhu County showed an upward trend. One of the more special is Huaiyin District, August housing prices can be just the same as in July, no increase or decrease.

Ching Jiangpu District is the only city where the house price is above 10,000 yuan, which is the highest area in Huai'an, with the average price of housing at 11,544 yuan per square meter. Three areas, Huai'an District, Economic Development Zone and Huaiyin District, have an average price of around 9,000 yuan, close to 10,000 yuan. Jinhu County ranked last, with an upward trend in housing prices compared to last month.

Suqian

Suqian's average residential price in August was 10,457 yuan per square meter, an increase of 0.32% compared with the previous month, and not much different from July.

In July, Suqian's house price was still lower than Huai'an's, and was caught up by Huai'an in August. Although the difference is not big, Suqian has thus become the city with the lowest house price in north Jiangsu. From the table, except for Suyu district, the house prices in other districts are in a downward trend, but the decline is not big.

Among the four districts and counties under Suqian, only Su Cheng District and Shuyang County have house prices above 10,000 yuan, with Su Cheng District ranking first with an average price of 10,960 yuan per square meter, followed by Shuyang, which ranks second with an average price of 10,064 yuan per square meter. The average residential price in Zhenjiang was 9,797 yuan per square meter in August, the only city among all prefecture-level cities with home prices below 10,000 yuan, which means Zhenjiang is the prefecture-level city with the lowest home prices in Jiangsu.

Among Zhenjiang's sub-district cities, except for Dantu District and Zhenjiang New District, house prices in all other districts have dropped. Jurong, the city with the highest house price, has a house price of only 10,480 yuan per square meter, which is the lowest among the highest house prices in all cities.

Two other cities with house prices over 10,000 yuan are Jingkou City and Ruizhou District, with house prices of 10,160 yuan/m2 and 10,443 yuan/m2 respectively. The house prices in these three districts all exceeded the overall average residential price in Zhenjiang.
