Step 1: Soften the butter at room temperature, add granulated sugar and powdered sugar and mix well with a whisk until fluffy.
Step 2: Add the eggs in 2-3 batches, and wait until the eggs are fully incorporated into the butter before adding the next batch.
Step 3: Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Step 4: Sift the low gluten flour into the butter body and mix well with a rubber spatula.
Step 5: Put the batter into a laminating bag and squeeze onto a baking sheet.
Step 6: Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown on top. (Note: Different ovens vary slightly.)
2. Butter Cake
Step 1: Let the butter sit until softened, at which point it will be easier to whip.
Step 2: Add sugar in two batches and beat until the volume is fluffy and the color is slightly white.
Step 3: Add the eggs in small batches (need to return to the heat, otherwise the butter will become hard), mixing well each time before adding, making sure to add the egg mixture in small batches to avoid separating the oil from the eggs. Sift in the flour, cut and mix with a spatula, do not stir in circles to avoid gluten in the flour
Step 4: Pour the batter into the mold and shake it gently for a few seconds.
Step 5, preheated oven 160 degrees 30-40 minutes can be.
