Pork liver can be eaten with spinach.
Materials
400 grams of spinach, 150 grams of pig liver, a few slices of ginger, salt, oil and wine.
How to do
1. Soak the whole pork liver in water for 1 hour, then cut thin slices, put in ginger, salt, oil and wine and mix well.
2. Boil 4 to 5 bowls of water in a pot, and when the water boils, put in the washed spinach.
3. Boil on high heat and press it with chopsticks so that all the spinach is immersed in the water.
4. After the spinach is broken, pour in the marinated pork liver, open the lid of the pot and cook until the liver is browned, pick up the liver, turn it over, cook until it is browned and then cook for another 3~5 minutes, season with salt to taste.
