Ingredients: one potato, two quail eggs, a short piece of carrot and shallots.
Cut the potatoes in half and steam them with carrots. Dig out the mud from the steamed potatoes and cut some chopped green onion. Chop potatoes and carrots into mud, stir well, add chopped cheese and chopped green onion, and put them in potato skins, leaving space in the middle.
Beat quail eggs, put them in the oven and bake them.
