Its meat is tough, sweet and tender, delicious, rich and unique in flavor, and it is rich in various nutrients beneficial to human body, such as fat, protein, thiamine, calcium, iron and so on. At the same time, it also contains antioxidants, which women can eat more, which can beautify and delay aging.
We locals often fry, fry, dry stir-fry or pickle for processing and eating, and some local people like to eat it raw or cold, because the dry fungus is not poisonous. The price of Ganba mushroom is much more expensive than that of ordinary wild mushrooms, and the general price of good quality is also high, ranging from 800 to 1000 yuan per kilogram. However, this year, due to drought, the output of Ganba mushroom is low, and the price is as high as 1200 yuan, and the worst is 700 to 800 yuan per kilogram.
Ganba mushroom is delicious, small in quantity and difficult to pick up, so many people try to plant it artificially. As it turns out, it is difficult to plant Ganba mushroom successfully. At present, the best and most successful way is artificial propagation and conservation! That is to say, we should protect the ecology and undergrowth resources in the way of "collecting bacteria from all the mountains" or "collecting bacteria from all the mountains", and try our best to let Ganba bacteria grow naturally and freely, just like our own vegetable garden, and harvest it when it is mature, so we can't artificially change its growth environment.
In order to improve the yield and quality of Ganba bacteria and increase the income of farmers, reasonable and scientific collection should be carried out during the collection period. If we want to grow Ganba as a strain like other strains, there is no successful case at present.
