Beef, ? mung bean sprouts, artichokes, ginger, garlic

Salt, sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch
1. Shred the beef, pinch and remove the ends of the mung bean sprouts, shred the red artichokes, and mince the ginger and garlic.
2. Mix the shredded beef with a pinch of salt, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch and marinate slightly for 5 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, stir-fry ginger and garlic, then add shredded beef and stir-fry.
4. When the beef is browned and raw, add the mung bean sprouts and chili peppers and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt before serving.
