Wednesday: Two pieces of whole wheat bread, boiled broccoli and cut into small pieces, boiled eggs and sliced, crab sticks and shredded by hand, with a little low-calorie Thousand Island sauce on the bread, and then put all the ingredients at once.
Thursday: a slice of whole wheat bread, boiled shrimp, a boiled egg, boiled spinach and carrots.
Friday: Two slices of whole wheat bread, half a slice of tomato, one boiled egg, bacon, and chopped cucumber sauce.
