Recipe of Braised Fish Nuggets with Mint
Cathedral carp, ginger and garlic, pepper, flour, salt, cooking wine, dried chili pepper, braised soy sauce, mint.

Operation:
1. Add cooking wine, pepper and cooking wine to the fish pieces and marinate for one hour.
2. Take out the marinated fish and coat both sides with flour.
3. Fry in oil until both sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside.
4. Leave oil in the pot, add garlic cloves and dried chili peppers and saute until fragrant.
5. Add fish pieces and fry together.
6. Add water to cover the fish pieces.
7. Add a little braised soy sauce.
8. Add cooking wine and salt.
9. Cover and simmer until the juice dries up.
10. Add mint before serving.
