Ingredients :
Hawthorn one catty
Icing sugar two taels
White granulated sugar or white sugar one taels
Practice steps :
1.Hawthorn washed, break open to remove the stalks and hawthorn kernel.
2. Boil water in a pot, just enough to cover the hawthorn. Put the processed hawthorn into the water and cook until slightly soft.
3. Put the boiled hawthorn into a pulper and beat it
4. Put the hawthorn pulp into a pot and continue to simmer until it thickens. Keep stirring during the process to prevent paste.
5. Boiled hawthorn paste poured into a flat plate, cooled for one to two days when the hawthorn solidified, removed and cut into strips, and mixed into the white sugar over granulated sugar.
