Cynoglossus crassus (Gü nther, 1873) is a fish belonging to Cynoglossus. The body is flat and tongue-shaped, generally 25 ~ 40 cm long and weighs 500 ~ 1500 g.
The head is short, the eyes are small, both eyes are on the left side of the head, the mouth is low, and the snout bends downward and backward into an arch, which is symmetrical left and right. Large scales, one eye covered by a comb, light brown, with two lateral lines.
According to the classification rules of left flounder and right flounder, crow is a kind of flounder, and it is wrong to say that crow is an alias of flounder. The scientific name of squid in Youpin Wharf is Greenland flounder.
