matters need attention
Depending on the location where the extrusion begins, it is not always possible to squeeze out the intestines, as long as the mud is squeezed out, it will be successful. Finally, wash it and you can start cooking shrimp. In addition, if you braise in soy sauce or salt and pepper, you can directly cut open the lower back with scissors and take out the dirt, which is easy to do and delicious.
Cleaning of shrimp
1. Remove the whiskers and legs from the shrimp, and remove the sandbags at the top of the shrimp head.
Method: Take a prawn and cut it from the back. We will see a black line on the back of the prawn. This black line is the shrimp line. We can just remove it. There is a long thorn in the head of the shrimp. Cut it off, and the shrimp bag is inside. Just pick it out.
If you need to wash it again, you can soak it in rice wine and wash it for about five minutes to remove the fishy smell and clean your body.
