Exercise:
1. Dice chicken breast, add Jiang Mo, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt and pepper, and a spoonful of starch, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.
