Young ducks 1 only
Beer 1 bottle
5 slices of ginger
Garlic 4 cloves
Dried Chili segments 1 pinch
Green pepper 1 piece
Onion 1 root
Half a spoonful of soy sauce
Half a spoonful of sugar
Proper amount of salt

Illustration of the practice of beer duck 1. Wash the duck and chop it into medium-sized pieces. Slice ginger and peel garlic.
Illustration of the practice of beer duck 2. Add water to the pot, boil it and blanch it in duck pieces for 5 minutes. After picking up the duck pieces, rinse them with clear water and drain them.

Continue to stew until the duck meat is crisp and rotten, and the soup is dried (if the duck meat is not rotten enough, you can add a little boiling water).
