Working principle of cold drink machine
The cold drink machine is a machine that uses mechanical methods to squeeze fruits or vegetables into cold drinks. It mainly sucks the refrigerant vapor inside through the continuous operation of the compressor and compresses it into high pressure. The overheated vapor is discharged and sent to the condenser, and the heat is transferred to the surrounding air, so that the refrigerant vapor is condensed into liquid.
The condensed liquid is in a high pressure state at this time, and then enters the evaporator through some parts of the cold drink machine. At this time, the refrigerant will give full play to its role, which can reduce its high pressure to a low pressure state, and the temperature of the surrounding air will gradually decrease. At this time, a small amount of liquid will vaporize into steam.
After the refrigerant liquid flows into the evaporator, it absorbs heat and boils in the evaporator, and gradually becomes vapor. In this vaporization process, the refrigerant absorbs the required vaporization heat from the cooled medium, and the temperature of the cooled medium decreases due to the loss of heat, thus achieving the purpose of refrigeration.
