2. Steps to make the cake:

1. After the butter has softened at room temperature, boil it in a small pot until it boils and bubbles, then turn off the heat.

2. Pour in the cake flour and salt while it is hot and stir quickly into a paste.

3. Change the batter into a larger basin, add milk and mix evenly.

4. Add egg yolks in portions and mix evenly.

5. Mix the fine sugar and corn flour first, then add to the egg whites in three batches.

6. Beat the egg whites until they are nearly 100% fluffy.

7. Add one-third of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly.

8. Pour the evenly mixed batter back into the remaining whipped egg whites and mix evenly.

9. Pour the mixed batter into the mold.

10. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes (the actual operating time shall prevail).

11. When the baked surface is golden brown, pierce a bamboo skewer into the cake and there is no sticky residue when it is taken out.
