Ingredients: 250 grams of corn flour, 200 grams of white flour, millet, 50 grams of brown sugar.
Method:
1. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, wait for the water to boil, put the washed millet into the pot, wait for it to boil again over low heat and cook slowly .
2. Put the prepared cornmeal and white flour in a basin, start scalding the noodles with boiled rice soup water, and use a spoon to pour the boiled rice soup water into the basin.
3. Stir while releasing the water. Stir the dough into a lacquer-like consistency and knead it into a dough.
4. Knead the dough into strips and divide into small pieces.
5. Squeeze a small amount of dough into a long cake with both hands. (If the dough is very soft, just pat it gently.) Add brown sugar and pinch.
6. Gently pat the dough into dough with both palms. Just do it in one go.
7. After the dough is finished, put it in the pot. Just put it in the pot, as shown in the picture. Don't lower the pot too high to avoid burns. Just add half, stir, and wait until the pot boils again before adding the other half. After putting it in the pot, stir it slowly.
8. When the pot boils again, there is no need to stir the noodles until all the noodles float on top of the soup. Simmer over low heat for twenty-five minutes and it will be done. It’s time to take it out of the pot and enjoy it in a bowl.
