Recipe of braised radish with pig skin

Main ingredients: 200 grams of pig skin and half of white radish.

1. Scrape off the pig hair and fat on the pig skin, then wash it and cut it into strips two fingers wide.

2. Peel the white radish and cut into hob cubes.

3. Cut the green onions into pieces, smash the garlic into flat pieces, and slice the ginger.
