200 times with your left hand 200 times with your right hand 200 times with your left and right hand 200 times with your left and right hands
Walking dribbling if you get good at it
Starting to add 150 times with your right and left hand under your hips if you get good at it
Additional dribbling with your left and right hands 100 times behind your back if you get good at it
This will take you a week to get good at dribbling.
This will improve your dribbling skills in a week
There are no shortcuts to practicing dribbling, so don't try to play every time you want to play a game, but first, you need to practice the basics
