Exercise:
1. Dice the cabbage and wash it for later use.
2. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes for later use.
3. Thaw the vegetarian chicken pieces and tear them in half by hand for later use.
4. Pour refined oil into a clean pot, and the oil temperature will rise to about 50%. Add potatoes and vegetarian chicken pieces to get oil, pour out and drain the oil.
5. Add a little olive oil to the pot, stir-fry cabbage, add potatoes, vegetarian chicken pieces, red curry and 3 cups of water, and cook for a while on low heat. Add salt and mushroom essence, don't thicken it, put it in a glass and decorate with red pepper.
