Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the taro and cut into small cubes (about 1.5cm cube), and weigh the other ingredients.
Take out the [Light Cooking Pot], pour in water and diced taro, and cook the taro soup first.
Click the [Cooking Function Button] on the base of the cooking pot, tap once to select the [High Fire] function, uncover the pot lid, and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally during this period to avoid burning the bottom.
When the cooking time is up, taste the diced taro to determine the doneness, then add fine sugar while it is still hot and stir until dissolved. Then, take out half of the diced taro and the soup that covered the diced taro, and let cool for 5 minutes.
Take out the [Light Beverage Machine], pour the cool taro soup reserved in step 4 into the [Juice Cup], and tighten the blade assembly.
Align the [juice cup] with the symbols ▼▲ on the main unit, press down, and tighten in the clockwise direction to start the operation. It takes about 10 seconds to make the taro paste. Once completed, turn it counterclockwise to stop the operation, which is very simple to operate.
Next, pour the taro puree and fresh milk into the [Light Cooking Pot] and mix well, let it sit and cool, then transfer it to other containers and put it in the refrigerator.
Start cooking sago? Take out the [Light Cooking Pot], pour in water, set [High] to bring the water to a boil, add the sago rice and cook while stirring for about 10 minutes. Turn off the power again, cover the pot and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Take out the cooked sago rice, drain the water through a strainer, and rinse in ice cube water until cool. Finally, mix the sago rice and taro soup together and enjoy.
