Pick up the dough with chopsticks, and you will see a full beehive. Then add jujube, raisins and cooked yam bean. If you like sweets, you can add brown sugar or white sugar to the dough. After the ingredients are added, stir well, just put the noodles out, or you can add nuts you like, such as walnuts and peanuts.
5. After stirring evenly, find a high-temperature resistant container, and take off the mold with oil paper under it. Pour in the batter, spread it evenly, gently tap the bottom to vent, and finally sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Put it in a steamer, not on fire. Wake up for 20 minutes, and then fire again after 20 minutes.
6. Start counting after the water is boiled, steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the fire and stew for 5 minutes. When the time is up, you can press it with your hand and bounce back immediately, indicating that it is ripe. Put it upside down on the chopping block, because we put oil paper on the bottom, which is easy to demould and cut into the shape you like.
