1. Select fresh ginger, wash and peel it, and cut it into 3-5 mm thin slices.
2. Prepare raw materials according to 50 parts of ginger, 32 parts of white sugar, 4 parts of white sugar powder and 0.25 part of citric acid.

Prepare a citric acid solution with the same weight as the ginger slices, heat it together with the ginger slices until it boils, remove the ginger slices, rinse them thoroughly, filter out impurities, put them in the ginger slices, and cook until the sugar solution is thick. When the drops become beads, stop the fire and remove the ginger slices.
