Ingredients:
120g of squid, 120g of garlic, 120g of garlic, 1 red bell pepper, 15g of garlic, 15g of ginger, 15g of ginger
Seasoning:
Secret Red Oil Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp, 1 tbsp, soya sauce, 1/4 tsp, salt, 1/4 tsp, chicken broth
Method of Preparation:
1. Soak the squid in cold water and cut into long strips. Cut garlic clover into pieces, julienne red pepper,
mince garlic and ginger.
2. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a wok, add the garlic clover, 1/2 tsp salt and 50ml water, stir-fry until cooked.
3. Heat 1 tbsp cold oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
4. Add shredded squid and red pepper, 1 tbsp secret red chili oil, soy sauce, salt and sauté over high heat.
5. Stir-fry until the squid color and taste.
6. Add the fried garlic clover, chicken essence and then stir-fry evenly.
