Alias Pteris multifida, Pteris multifida and Sedum alfredii.

It comes from Rhodiola (France. ) Fu [Sedum France. ], Rhodiola of Crassulaceae, used as whole grass. It can be collected all year round, washed and dried.

Sweet, slightly bitter, astringent and warm.

Indications: enriching blood, regulating menstruation and nourishing yin. Used for irregular menstruation, hot flashes due to yin deficiency, dizziness, and women's fatigue.

Usage and dosage: 3 ~ 4 yuan.
