Pour 500 grams of flour and 5 grams of yeast together In a basin, slowly add warm water and use chopsticks to gradually stir it into a flocculent form. Then start the kneading mode and knead the dough until it is smooth. The best kneading mode is non-stick to your hands and the flour does not stick to the basin. Regardless of buns, steamed buns and pancakes, if you want to make it in vain If the fat is fermented well, it needs to be kneaded more. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 1.5 times in size.

Note: There is no white sugar at home today. I used a mixture of powdered sugar and flour, so the granular white sugar cannot be seen in the picture. Powdered sugar is relatively fine and is used to make donuts or bread cakes to sprinkle on the outside of the finished product.
It can be laid flat on a pan or an electric baking pan. If you like a particularly soft texture before putting it in the pan, you can ferment the sugar cake embryos for 15 minutes before this step. After putting it in, you can put it on medium-low heat, cover the pot and simmer. Do not pour oil or water into the pot.
