Features:
Xinye Ban Mian is one of Henan’s distinctive staple foods. It is made from flour, mutton, bean paste, etc. A special flavored noodle made by cooking. It is characterized by smooth and pliable noodles with a mellow and spicy taste.
Ingredients:
250 ??grams of flour, 50 grams of mutton, 25 grams of cabbage, 5 grams each of coriander, garlic sprouts, and red pepper, 8 grams of bean paste, 1 gram of peppercorns, refined salt 1.5 grams, 2 grams of MSG, 0.5 grams each of pepper and allspice, 350 grams of mutton soup, 20 grams of mutton fat, and 50 grams of vegetable oil.
Preparation method:
(1) Put 200 grams of flour into a container, add 100 grams of water and mix well to form a dough.
(2) Wash the mutton, drain off the water, and cut into pieces. Wash the cabbage, drain the water and cut into shreds. Wash the coriander and garlic sprouts, drain off the water, and cut into pieces. Wash the red pepper and cut into sections. Chop the bean paste into small pieces.

(4) Heat the mutton oil in the pot, add the red pepper segments and peppercorns and fry until fragrant, remove the red pepper segments and peppercorns and do not use them, add the minced bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, add Stir-fry the mutton cubes until they change color. Add five-spice powder and 0.5g of refined salt and stir-fry until cooked and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
(5) Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, add the noodles and boil until cooked, add shredded cabbage and bring to a boil, cook thoroughly, take out, drain off the water, and put in Inside the bowl.
(6) Put the mutton soup in the pot and bring to a boil, add pepper, monosodium glutamate, and the remaining refined salt, take it out of the pot and pour it into the dough bowl, then pour the soy sauce, and sprinkle with garlic sprouts and coriander. Ready to eat
