The stir-fried vegetarian chicken is delicious.
1. Ingredients: 350g vegetarian chicken, 100g carrots, 100 fungus, appropriate amount of green onions, appropriate amount of minced ginger, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of water starch, appropriate amount of vegetable essence.
2. Slice the vegetarian chicken into cubes and soak in water for 5 minutes.
3. Soak the fungus and tear it into small florets.
4. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.
5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced ginger until fragrant.
6. Add the diced carrots and stir-fry for one minute.
