On the night of National Day, my parents and I said, "Today, I'm going to cook a dish-scrambled eggs with leeks. Please have a taste and see if I am good at it. " So, I started doing it as soon as I said it. To cook this dish, I need the following materials: leek, eggs, salt, chicken essence and so on. First of all, I should make proper preparations. First, I should chop up leeks. Put oil in the pot, heat to 70~80℃, pour onion and egg paste into the pot, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, and it will be cooked. Finally, put the scrambled eggs into the bowl, and a delicious scrambled egg with onion is ready. I watched the time while cooking, for fear of keeping them waiting. I was busy for about a quarter of an hour, and finally I did it, thinking. I finally cooked a good dish, and my parents will praise me for it.
After cleaning the stove, I put the plate on the table. My parents smelled the charming fragrance and couldn't wait to take a bite. After careful tasting, they praised me again and again, saying that I had grown up and learned to cook. I was filled with joy when I heard this. I thought about it. Suddenly, I remembered that my mother had taught me how to make tomato and egg noodles. So I decided to make my own bowl of tomato and egg noodles. I took out tomatoes, eggs and dried noodles. First, I took out a small bowl and beat eggs. When I beat eggs, I'm always afraid to break them. After a gentle knock, I broke them hard and the eggs fell to the ground. Alas, watching my mother do it is quite simple. Then I washed the tomato and prepared to cut it into small pieces, but as soon as I put the knife on it, it rolled away, so I was careful not to cut my hand. I learned from my mother's appearance, first cut the tomato in the middle and then cut it into pieces; I don't know how much to pour when pouring oil. I poured it into the pot bit by bit. When you feel the oil is ripe, pour the eggs into the pot and fry them. Because I poured it too hard, the oil spilled everywhere, and I was scared to go straight back. Then I put the tomatoes in and fry them a few times, adding some water; After the water boiled, I put the noodles in and stirred them with chopsticks as my mother cooked them.
After I tasted the familiar noodles, I couldn't wait to put them in the bowl. I ate them with relish. Although it's not as delicious as mom's cooking, it still tastes delicious. After all, I made it myself.
Today, I tried to make tomato and egg noodles for the first time, and my heart was full of joy. At the same time, I also understand that the difficulty of anything can only be known by myself. In addition, as I get older, I will learn to take care of myself and reduce the burden on my parents.
