Turtle-roasted local chicken
Main ingredients
2 soft-shell turtles and 1 local chicken.
Excipients
Adequate amount of oil and appropriate amount of salt.
An appropriate amount of ginger and garlic.
An appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and an appropriate amount of vinegar.
Adequate amount of sugar and appropriate amount of pepper.
An appropriate amount of MSG and an appropriate amount of white wine.
Steps
1. Clean the native chicken and set aside.
2. After slaughtering the turtle, clean it in clean water, then cut it into pieces with a knife and set aside for later use.
3. Saute the ginger and garlic in the oil pan until fragrant, then add the native chicken and stir-fry until the chicken skin becomes charred.
4. Add soft-shelled turtle and continue frying until it changes color.
5. Add an appropriate amount of white wine, an appropriate amount of salt and dark soy sauce, then pour a small amount of vinegar in and stir-fry until even.
6. Add enough water to simmer.
7. After the water boils, add sugar, pepper and MSG and continue to cook until the chicken is tender.
