1, put the edamame in a plastic bag and seal it, find a thick plastic bag and put it directly in the refrigerator for preservation, which can basically keep fresh for one month. It only needs to be preserved for a short time, and this method is still good.
2. Put the peeled edamame into a fresh-keeping box or a larger beverage bottle (the beverage bottle is the best), which is convenient to take out when eating. Even if it is frozen together, just tap the bottle a few times, which is slightly longer than cold storage.
3. Peel the edamame kernels first, then boil a pot of boiling water, pour the peeled edamame kernels into the pot and blanch for about 30 seconds, and then scoop them up and drown them. When the water dries, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the frozen layer of the refrigerator. The preservation time is as long as one year.
Growth habit
Soybean is warm-loving. Seeds germinate at 10- 12℃, with 15-20℃ as the optimum temperature, 20-25℃ for growth, 20-28℃ for flowering and pod setting, and pod setting is delayed at low temperature, which is lower than10.
Seed germination requires more water, and soil water content is required to be 70%-80% at flowering stage, otherwise the bud shedding rate will increase. The amount of fertilizer absorbed by soybean before flowering is less than 15% of the total amount, while the period of flowering and pod setting accounts for more than 80% of the total amount of fertilizer absorbed.
