Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients, only egg yolk oh.
2. Stir the milk, sugar, salt, egg yolks, the milk should be slowly poured into the mix.
3. Add the prepared cornstarch to the whisked milk mixture and mix well. Put it on the gas stove and heat it up to boiling, change the heat to low immediately after boiling until the liquid thickens.
4. Turn off the heat and leave to cool.
5. Cool and put into ice-cream molds. (You can also add red beans. , raisins, walnuts ......)
6. Then cover the mold with a lid and put it in the freezer for about 5 hours or more.
When you eat, the mold can be easily taken out by rinsing it with water or leaving it at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes.
Tips
The heat must be well mastered or it will be mushy.
