1. Price. The market price of yellow gamba fungus is about 50 yuan per catty, which is relatively low. The market price of black gamba fungus is about 70 yuan per catty, which is relatively high.

2. Taste. The yellow ganba mushroom tastes crispy, pure and has a better texture, while the black ganba mushroom tastes bitter and has a "woody" texture.
