Sesame Sauce Rolls Step by Step
1
Flour 600g, Yeast Powder 6g, Warm 40 degree Celsius Water 300ml.
2
Sesame Sauce 30g, Aromatic Oil 10ml, Fry Cooked Flour 20g, Cooked Pepper 5g, Cooked Cumin Powder 5g, Salt 5g, mix well in a bowl and set aside.
3
Add yeast to the flour and mix with warm water to form a dough spike. Then knead into a smooth dough.
4
Place in a warm place and ferment until 2 - 2.5 times big.
5
Knead the fermented dough well to expel the gas.
6
Roll out the dough into a long cake. Pour in the appropriate amount of sauce and spread it well.
7
Roll them up and cut them into sections. Pick up one and slice it down the length. With the cut upwards, roll up the ends inwards and pinch tightly to form a raw roll. You can also roll two on top of each other for more layers.
8
Do this in turn. Cover the rolls with a damp cloth and let them rise for about 20 minutes.
9
Fill a steamer with water and add the rolls.
10
Gradually increase the temperature. When the water boils, steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
11
Turn off the heat and let it stand for 3 - 5 minutes before uncovering the pot.
12
Put out of the pot on a plate.
