Cornmeal Pancake Practice
The night before, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, eggs, and yeast with warm water to form a batter, and then cover it with plastic wrap. cover it and let it ferment at room temperature.
It's best to make a thinner batter.
The next morning, heat a pan over low heat and pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the bottom of the pan, where it will form a round shape on its own and keep bubbling.
When the top side is almost solidified, fry the opposite side.
Golden brown pancakes are ready to be served.
Eat them as they are, they are sweet and fluffy. If you add some chocolate sauce or jam, it will become a child's favorite muffin.
