Practice steps
1. Cut the washed tenderloin into strips with equal length and width.
2. Put the tenderloin into a bowl, add egg white liquid, water starch and cooking wine, and catch well. ?

6. Pour oil into the pot and heat it to 80%, then put it into the tenderloin one by one. ?
7. Fry until golden brown, remove and drain. ?
