How to make pan-fried white pomfret:
Clean the fish and put a knife on it
2. Put salt on it and let it rest for a while
3. Pour the oil on the pan when it is hot
4. Blot the fish with kitchen paper
5. Put the fish into the pan and fry it slowly over low heat. Do not move the fish or the skin will break
6. Turn up the heat a little and fry until golden brown
7. Chop the carrots and sauté them in the oil with a pinch of salt
8. Put them on top of the fish as a garnish.
