Kaifeng is a prefecture-level city in Henan Province, which was called Bianjing and Tokyo in ancient times and was the ancient capital of the Eight Dynasties. It is located in the east of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River plain, in the middle and east of Henan Province, bordering Shangqiu in the east, Zhengzhou in the west, Xuchang and Zhoukou in the south, and Xinxiang across the Yellow River in the north. Kaifeng is one of the core cities of the Central Plains Economic Zone, one of the three central cities of the Central Plains urban agglomeration in Henan Province, and a "three-point-one-line" golden tourist route along the Yellow River.
