That place has a good seaside scenery, which was developed by the famous Nanshan Group in Longkou. The community is located in Nanshan Industrial Park in the north of Longkou, next to nanzan university, the largest golf course in Asia! There are Nanshan Holiday Inn and so on. A friend of mine bought a house there in 2003, when it was not enough 1000 yuan per square meter. Now the house price is between 1600- 1800 yuan. The transportation industry in this place is very convenient. If you have a private car, it won't take more than 20 minutes to drive to the city! Personally, it is still quite good!
