Method and process of making Chongyang cake:
Necessary ingredients: 100g of glutinous rice flour, 70g of sticky rice flour, 330g of red bean paste, 40g of powdered sugar, 90g of water, 10g of dried cranberries, 10g of raisins
1, Prepare the required ingredients as shown in the picture.
2. Mix glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and powdered sugar together and stir well.
3. Pour the water while stirring.
4: Stir into small pieces.
5: Knead the small pieces of dough with your hands and sieve out the fine powder.
6: Spread the bottom of the mold all over (not too thick or too thin), and level the surface (it's best to brush the bottom and inside of the mold with a layer of oil for easy release).
7. Steam for 5 minutes over high heat after the water boils, and spread a layer of red bean paste on top.
8. Sift a layer of fine powder over the bean paste, then spread the cranberries and raisins evenly over the top.
