1. Ingredients: salted Spanish mackerel.
2. Accessories: cooking wine, soy sauce, onion, ginger and red pepper.
3. Chop the salted fish into pieces and soak it in clear water for 2 hours.
4. Chop the onion and ginger for later use.
5. Wash the soaked fish pieces and add cooking wine, soy sauce, onion and ginger. Mix it well.
6. Put in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
7. After taking it out, put it on a plate and garnish it with red pepper.
Note: Be sure to observe it frequently when soaking, and it should be just right. If the soaking time is too long, there is no salty taste, but it is even worse.
