Prepare all the ingredients.

Rapidly rinse or soak brown rice flour for 10 seconds and drain immediately.

Prepare a small saucepan. Bring the stock to a boil, then add the dumplings and cabbage stalks and cook.

Add the rice noodles, shrimp & meat slices and cabbage in order, add salt and chopped green onion to taste.

After all the ingredients have been boiled, drizzle a little sesame oil and pepper & oil onion crisps and parsley and celery can be removed from the heat before removing from the pan.
