The home recipe for tofu rolls is as follows:
Step 1
Flour, yeast, water, sugar, and flour, and standby to rise. (Put sugar noodles fermentation will be better).
Step 2
Take out the fermented dough and vent it.
Step 3
Slice the tofu and steam it for 10 minutes, remove it from the steamer and let it cool down, cut the tofu into small cubes, add minced green onion, minced ginger, salt, and peanut oil and mix well. Roll out the dough (not too thin), spread the tofu evenly over the dough, and slowly roll it up along one side.

Rolled pancake can be cut, (according to personal preference can not cut directly on the steamer).

Warm water in the pot to wake up 10 minutes, open fire and steam for 15 minutes.

Tofu rolls out of the pot.
