Tremella and Eucommia Soup
Materials
Ingredients: 20 grams each of Tremella fuciformis and roasted Eucommia ulmoides, 10 grams of Ganoderma lucidum, and 150 grams of rock sugar.
Method
1. Decoct Eucommia ulmoides and Ganoderma lucidum in an appropriate amount of water for 3 times. Mix all the resulting concoction and boil it to about 1000 ml.
2. Foam Tremella fungus in cold water to remove impurities, stems and sediment, add water and cook over low heat until slightly yellow.
3. Pour Ganoderma lucidum, Eucommia ulmoides concoction and Tremella fuciformis together, simmer over low heat until Tremella fuciformis becomes crispy and jelly-like, then add rock sugar water and mix thoroughly.
