How to make peppercorn oil:
1. Soak the peppercorns in water for a while (I forgot to pat them), remove the dust, then filter to remove the water and dry them.
2. Add an appropriate amount of corn oil to the pot, add Sichuan peppercorns, and simmer over low heat.
3. There were small bubbles in the pot at first because there was water in the pepper.
4. Continue to simmer slowly over low heat.
5. When the color of the pepper becomes darker, be careful not to burn it and turn off the heat.
6. Filter out the peppercorns and discard them.
7. What is left is the boiled pepper oil. After cooling, it can be placed in a sealed jar and refrigerated. Add a little bit to the mixed vegetables and noodles to add some numbing aroma.
