4-5 months
Concentrated cod liver oil drops are gradually increased from 4 drops to 6 drops every day, and are given twice. Vegetable juice and fruit juice are gradually increased from 3 tablespoons to 5 tablespoons and given twice.
4-5 months, start eating cooked egg yolk. Starting from 1/4, crush them and put them into rice soup or milk, then feed them, and gradually increase them to 1/2 after adaptation.
From four and a half months, the poorly cooked porridge without rice grains is given 1 tablespoon per day, and 2-3 tablespoons per day from five months, and half a spoonful of mashed vegetables can be added to the porridge, which is given twice.
6- 12 months
Concentrated cod liver oil drops for 6 months ~ 12 months should be given twice a day.
The cooked egg yolk is increased to 1 egg per day, and the transition is made to steamed egg custard, half a egg per day.
The gruel can be increased from thin to semi-thick, 3 tablespoons each, given twice, and gradually increased to 5-6 tablespoons.
You can add mashed vegetables 1 tablespoon to the porridge, and you can add a little seasoning.
If you eat well weaned food, you can subtract milk once.
7-8 months
Transition to a whole custard.
Feed thick porridge twice a day, with a small bowl (about 6-7 tablespoons) each time. At first, add 2-3 tablespoons of lai mud and gradually increase it to 3-4 tablespoons. Porridge can be added with a little minced meat and horn meat in turn.
Chew steamed bread slices (1/2 slices) or biscuits for your baby at will to promote tooth development.
Breast milk (or other dairy products) is given three or two times a day, and complementary food must be given first, and then breast-feeding is given.
9-10 month
You can refer to the following procedures for eating:
Morning-6 am, drink mother's milk or formula milk, 10 thick porridge 1 bowl, 2-3 tablespoons of mashed vegetables, and half an egg custard;
Feeding breast milk or formula milk at 2 o'clock in the afternoon;
At night-6 o'clock, feed thick porridge or rotten noodles 1 bowl, half an egg custard, and add minced tofu, minced meat and liver mud to the porridge; 10.
If you eat complementary food well, you can feed less milk/kloc-0 times or consider weaning.
11-12 months
You can eat foods close to adults, such as soft rice, rotten vegetables, fruits, minced meat and digestible snacks.
If you are in the cool season of spring and autumn, you can consider weaning. After weaning, keep drinking milk1-2 times a day.
