1. winter melon washed, peeled and cut into 1cm thick slices.
2. Slate fish head washed, chopped into small pieces.
3. Wash cilantro, chopped.
4. Heat the frying pan, put the fish head of slate into the pan and fry.
5. Fry until the surface is slightly brown. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and winter melon slices.
6. Cover and boil for about 20 minutes.
7. After cooking, season with salt and add chopped cilantro to taste.
8. Serve in a bowl.
