Wahoo Circle is a city in Yingkou, Liaoning Province.

Wahoo Circle District is one of the four municipal districts of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, located in the south of Yingkou City, about 60 kilometers away from the old city center of Yingkou, which is the new city center of Yingkou. Yingkou Harbor, one of China's top ten coastal ports, is located here, and is the closest and most convenient access to the sea from the northeastern hinterland. Since its establishment in 1984, Mackerel District has become the fastest growing economic and social area in the Northeast, and is the gateway to Yingkou and the Liaodong Bay Economic Zone.
