Method
1. Put the pork belly in a pot, add water, peppercorns, star anise and ginger slices, bring to a boil and cook for a while.
2. At the same time, peel off the lotus leaves, wash them and soak them in water.
3. Remove the meat, let it cool and cut into thin slices. Cut the lotus root into pieces. Cut green pepper into cubes. Cut green garlic into sections.
