Pork neck and back 200g

Steps to Make Meat Rolls

The meat with the seasonings and marinate for 1 hour.

Dissolve yeast in water, mix with flour and form dough, ferment until double in size.

Exhaust and knead well, roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 0.5cm thick.

Marinated meat spread, rolled up and cut into sections.

Molasses for 10 minutes. Add cool water to the pot. Over medium heat, boil for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
